Tebatso Makabolane – Chairperson
Tebatso Makabolane is the Chairperson of SkillSeed Foundation, providing strategic leadership focused on youth empowerment, skills development, and sustainable community impact. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Geography and has completed additional training in leadership, communication, and project management.
With experience as an Environmental Consultant and a strong background in community engagement, Tebatso has led impactful initiatives such as the Clean Up Mafikeng Campaign and served in youth leadership roles, including Chairperson of Sustainability & Environmental Awareness at the Matlosana Youth Council. At SkillSeed Foundation, he guides partnerships, program development, and initiatives that bridge education, skills, and employability to create lasting change.
Thato Mogotlane – Project Lead
Thato Mogotlane is an Environmental Scientist specialising in sustainability, environmental compliance, and GIS. He holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Geography, with certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ArcGIS Pro.
His work focuses on environmental compliance monitoring, spatial analysis, and community training, with a strong passion for youth empowerment and sustainable development. Thato brings practical, people-centred solutions through hands-on experience in construction, inspections, and stakeholder engagement.
Thatano Tiroyabone – Finance Lead
Thatano Tiroyabone is a Public Administrator with a strong passion for community development, education, and people-focused impact. She holds a Bachelor of Administration Honours in Public Administration & Management and is dedicated to training, mentoring, and empowering individuals through education.
With experience in administration, report writing, budgeting support, and training coordination within public sector environments, Thatano brings an innovative, resilient, and detail-oriented approach to strengthening organisational systems and ensuring sustainable impact.
Mothusi Molelekeng – Communication & Marketing Lead
Mothusi Molelekeng is a tech-savvy communication and marketing specialist with a strong background in digital content, branding, and community engagement. With a BSc in Environmental Science & Geography and 4IR training in full-stack web development, he bridges science, technology, and creativity to deliver smart, impactful communication solutions.
With experience in higher education, digital platforms, and non-profit initiatives, Mothusi brings a creative, results-driven approach to every project.
Hlavutelo Bianca Hosana – Secretary
Hlavutelo Bianca Hosana is an Environmental Officer with a strong passion for sustainability and environmental justice. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Sciences and specialises in environmental compliance, monitoring, and the implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
With experience in the mining sector, ISO 14001 auditing, stakeholder engagement, and environmental reporting, Hlavutelo brings strong organisational, communication, and planning skills that support effective administration and sustainable impact at SkillSeed Foundation.
